Believe or not, this is the most difficult aspect of making a comic successful. I'm not a Salesman, so this is the part I have difficulty with. There are really good resources and websites out there that can help and take that pressure off of you the creator, all you have to do is promote it through Social Media. Convincing people to donate is a crap shoot, I'm dealing with that now, as an artist/cartoonist I'm a survivor at heart, so this shouldn't come as a shock to anyone. Use the resources that are offered and take advantage of it. In the end, I'm optimistic we will succeed. Here are some sites you can go to and that I'm currently using myself: Go Fund Me, Kickstarter, Indie Gogo, and Patreon. The latter requires frequent updating and managing on almost a daily basis, so please keep that in mind when considering the right avenue for you to take. Keep on creating.
